Contracting parties for all tours are purchaser and tour guide(s).
In accordance with § 7 of the terms and conditions:
Any changes or cancellation has to be sent by email to info(at)rothenburg.de or by fax to +49 9861 404 529. Any changes or cancellation will be liable only after our reconfirmation.
If tour is cancelled within 6 to 3 working days prior to the day of service the cancelling fee is 50%.
If tour is cancelled within 2 days before the tour or no-show the cancelling fee is 100%.
Please note: maximum group size 25 persons each guide!
If the confirmed group size is exceeded, further fees are due according to § 4.2 of the terms and conditions. According to § 4.3, admission charges for interior visits of sights are not included in the fee and can only be paid cash on site. In the case of payment per invoice, further fees are due according to § 4.7.
