“Enjoy ob der Tauber” is a culinary initiative by nine leading innkeepers and hoteliers from Rothenburg ob der Tauber and the surrounding area. With a high awareness of sustainability, fine, regional dishes are selected for the in-house menu.
The dishes come from Franconian and Hohenlohe cuisine. Selected seasonal products and regional wine enjoyment – that’s exactly what the initiative is all about. The specially created Rothenburg wine cream is a small homage to the fine wine made from grapes. Honest, seasonal ingredients paired with regional wine offer a sweet end to your culinary journey in the “Enjoy ob der Tauber” establishments. Also try the “Fränkische Versucherle”. This little wine tasting is a very special treat to get to know the individual “Enjoy ob der Tauber” establishments better. All year round you will be served a seasonal, culinary Franconian Temperle with three regional wines. “Enjoy ob der Tauber” is proud of Rothenburg’s award for being one of 100 gourmet places in Bavaria. The members are all the more aware of their culinary responsibility - and that is exactly why each member personally guarantees the quality and origin of the dishes served to them.
